I’m a biologist interested in how cells make fate decisions during tissue repair and in cancer. Currently at the SRSP Lab at Columbia University, I use highly multiplexed CRISPR screens to dissect the genetic programs driving mammalian skin wound regeneration. My background also spans cancer metabolism, chromosomal instability, and epigenetic regulation of stem cell differentiation.
I love working with plasmids and DNA sequences! I also enjoy exploring diverse datasets. I’m increasingly interested in applying evolutionary game theory to understand cellular decision-making and cell-cell communication in cancer and tissue biology.
